Are you ready to work on some of the most critical facilities and pipeline integrity projects? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team at Metalogic Inspection Services! This position is primarily field-based, focusing on pipeline integrity digs and facility integrity assessments.
Essential Duties:
- Lead and perform technical analysis and management of advanced pipeline integrity techniques, with a focus on both pipeline and facilities integrity.
- Support project budgets, ensuring that all activities stay within budgetary requirements.
- Provide support and problem-solving solutions to field crews and team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Maintain and operate field equipment, including UT machines and other NDT (Nondestructive Testing) equipment as needed for pipeline and facility integrity projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of pipeline integrity practices, with a preference for experience in PAUT (Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing) and hydroform. While certification in PAUT is not required, it is desirable.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others in the field.
Experience/Education Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in pipeline integrity or facilities integrity.
- API QUTE-TM certification is required.
- API 570 certification is recommended but not required. Opportunities for further training and additional API certifications are available.
- PAUT experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles.
- Willingness to travel extensively (85-90% of the time).

- The position involves exerting up to 30 pounds of force frequently and may include exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and potential gas exposure.
