Are you searching for an excellent NDT Sales position with a dynamic Company? Metalogic Inspection Services, LLC (Southwest) is seeking a qualified individual to join our Business Development team. The position will be based out of either Houston or Corpus Christi, Texas.

The ideal candidates will have experience in selling all NDT services with an emphasis on Advanced methods and will possess a thorough understanding of both midstream and downstream markets within the Oil and Gas sector, as well having solid client relationships to draw from. The right candidate will be able to draw from their experience in order to drive opportunities that are aligned with our company’s growth strategies. Up to 50% travel to be expected in this role.

Must have experience and be able to successfully perform the following job functions:

• Create sales opportunities that are part of the overall company growth strategy and that lead revenue generating jobs

• Maintain sales volume and marketing strategies related to demand and growth.

• Clearly understand and maintain the opportunities in the “sales funnel” with up-to-date information utilizing the company CRM.

• Collaborate with the other business development and operational leaders to help the company gain and maintain competitive market advantages.

• Build and promote strong customer relationships by creating partnerships with our clients by knowing, understanding and meeting their needs.

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Executive Management team.

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

• Practice account management strategies with the larger enterprise accounts by properly mapping the account and making the right connections between the client representatives and the company SME’s and Operational Teams.

Position Qualifications:

• High school diploma, required; Bachelor’s preferred

• Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, which demonstrates consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present sales materials, and achieve influence with internal and external clients by achieving credibility within an organization.

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from a “lead” to closing the opportunity.

• 5+ years of industry sales experience.

• Strong understanding of the overall Oil and Gas market and how an NDT service provider can add value.
