We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven, and organized individual to join our team as an asset and safety manager.
Responsibilities Include but or not limited to:
- Maintaining and updating the asset management system by tracking all company-owned assets.
- Will ensure necessary maintenance is completed for all company equipment and vehicles.
- Responsible for obtaining quotes from approved vendors for all divisions.
- Conducting monthly, quarterly, and yearly inventory as necessary.
- Responsible for interoffice shipping and booking all company travel.
- Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow-up assessments.
- Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs.
- Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health programs on-premises or at project site locations.
- Provides project management team with guidance on health and safety and confirms project site fulfills industry, local, state, and federal guidelines, and regulations.
- Collaborates with management to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma required. 1 year of experience is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Must be willing to travel both in and out of state.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
- TWIC card preferred.
